There are many asanas that can help in reducing the diabetes but one of them is ardha Matsyendrasana which is found to be very effective in curing the disease.

Process of doing ardha Matsyendrasana

1. First you will sit on mat with your back straight and you legs in front.

2. After that, bend the right leg and keep the hip of the left leg below it.

3. Cross your left knee belong to right knee.

4. After that, touch the toe of the left foot with the right hand.

5. Bend your left hand and place it on the hip of your right leg.

6. Hold the pose for 30 seconds and take long breath.

7. To release you have to exhale, untwist the chest and straight the legs.

8. Repeat from another side.

Benefits of ardha Matsyendrasana
