Process of doing child pose (Balasana)
1.keep your knees and toes on the ground.
2.After that touch your hips to the toes.
3. Exhale and touch your head forward and touch the ground.
4. Touch your hands on the ground in front of your head.
5. Hold your posture for some time.
6. Come back to your original posture.
